Project Reality: BF2 v1.3 released (no more BF2!)

Project Reality was originally a BattleField 2 Modification. A game mode introducing serious teamwork, new play style and objective based missions. PR has gained a large crowd of fans and support over the last 10 years, and now the team have released update 35.
For the first time, Project Reality is now standalone! With EA ceasing support of Battlefield 2 and removing it from online stores, the unavailability of the game has proven difficult for new players. Therefore, with PR:BF2 v1.3, it is no longer a requirement to have Battlefield 2 installed.
With the new standalone version of PR 1.3, this certainly gets over the hurdle of the difficulty sourcing, installing and what I call faffing about to get the game running. In addition we predict a huge new series of updates removing the "work arounds" that the PR team had to do to emulate simulations or features. Now, as a standalone version will we see new code, new features and even more support?
You can check out their release trailer on Youtube to get an idea how you and your friends, or perhaps you can turn it into a Video Game Date.
